Vision Quest Sport and Fitness Wrestling – MMA – Judo Class Schedules... Click Here

Wrestling is a sport with a long history. It was first made an Olympic sport by the Greeks in 708 B.C. and thereafter became popular in the ancient world.

Wrestling is a form of combat that uses the body as a weapon. Using nothing but the body, a wrestler must use strength, tactics, domination and sheer will to overcome his opponent. Each competitor wrestles his opponent, not for life or death, but for the pin, and glory and fame.

As a wrestler, you need to perform at your best. This means that you must be in top physical form year round to dominate on the mat.
Being in top form necessitates having all of your skills covered, and the best way to do this is to attend Vision Quest’s AMCA club.
You have unique needs as a wrestler, and at Vision Quest’s AMCA you’ll learn to increase and improve your endurance, grip, strength, speed and agility. Nutrition is also a very big factor in your success and our professional trainers will cover every aspect of the spectrum.
