- Aerobic Tai Chi: Tai Chi form that tones muscles, improves
flexibility and reduces stress through slow rhythmic movements.
- Dynamic Stretching: Total Body stretching to provide flexibility
through extended holding of each stretch for the whole body.
- Step and Lift: Traditional step aerobics intermixed with
weight-lifting intervals for total body conditioning.
- Ab Lab: 30 minute Core strengthening exercises specifically
focused on abs, back and gluts all levels.
- Buts/Guts: 1/2 hour of abs and glut work out using matt,
weights and or ball.
- Hip Hop: Fun Cardio class using hip hop dance moves (all
levels).
- Core, Abs & Strength: Toning/weight training involving
hand held weights, focus on back & abs (all levels).
- Core Training: Toning focused on abs & back using
Stability ball and weights (all levels).
- Ball Stability: Using stability ball to strengthen and
tone (all levels).
- Turbo: Fun Cardio workout utilizing kicks and punches
(all levels).
- Beginner Cycle: Low cardio instructional class to learn
about cycling as a fitness class.
- Cycling: Fitness class utilizing cycling techniques, a
great fat burner (all levels).
- Cycling HRM: (Heart Rate Monitor) Aerobic cycle training
using heart rate monitors (provided).
- Cycling Wild Card: Instructor choice of cycle training
drills including aerobic, anaerobic or HRM.
- Pilates/Yoga (Piyo): Stretch and tone (see each instructor
for specific style taught) (all levels).
- Interval Training: Alternating various cardio and strength
drills in timed segments.
- Fitness Salsa: Cardio work out using Salsa dance moves
to music (all levels).
- Hip Hop: Fun cardio workout set to Hip Hop music & moves
(all levels).
- Bag & Glove: A 1 hour bag and glove class consisting
of kicks and punches with bag & gloves.
**Beginners are welcome to all classes, please arrive 5 minutes early and
let the instructor know if you are new so they can help set you up to ensure
that your experience is a great one!
